Was Ist Das? The sound quality on this insane, surely must be a desk recording not an audience tape? Captures a wild, wonderful performance with a huge Godzilla and then some old favorites turned inside out. RIP Damo Favorite track: Paris 73 Eins.

Shame the 5th song cuts before it finishes. I guess the boot leg tape ran out. Still, glad they included it. Worthwhile addittion to your collection.
I believe there's also a Rockpalast rrcording that's worthwhile

Mute and Spoon Records present the next installment of the curated CAN live concert series, LIVE IN PARIS 1973 - the first in the series to feature Damo Suzuki vocals. Out now on double vinyl and 2 disc CD, with exclusive sleeve notes by journalist Wyndham Wallace.

The series was overseen by founding member Irmin Schmidt and producer/engineer René Tinner, who delicately worked on restoring the archival recordings to the best quality for current modern technology. This record captures the band’s 1973 performance in Paris, and features Irmin Schmidt on keyboard & synths, Jaki Liebezeit on drums, Michael Karoli on guitar, Holger Czukay on bass, and Damo Suzuki on vocals for one of his final shows with the band.

Sonic Youth is one of those bands where you easily run out of superlatives to describe what they created. This could've easily come off as a cynical cash-grab by a band that had broken up 11 years prior to the release of this record, but that's not what this is.
